Offline first

Everything you log is written on your phone first, and works with no connection.

One server, in the EU

If you turn sync on, it reaches Lunaia’s own server in the European Union and nowhere else.

Never sold

No data broker, no advertising network, no partner receives what you log.

Analytics you can switch off

Off is a real off: the events stop being collected, not just stop being shown to you.

Locked to you

The app opens with your code or biometrics, because a phone is often shared.

Delete everything, in the app

Two taps, no email to support, and no conversation about staying.

What we store

This section will list each category of data the app records, separating what you enter yourself from what the app produces or the device reports, and will name what never leaves the phone.

Where

This section will name the server, the country it runs in, and the legal basis for each purpose the data is processed for.

This section will state who receives data and under what contract — and, where the answer is nobody, will say so plainly rather than by omission.

Analytics

This section will describe what is measured when analytics is on, what stops when it is off, and how the choice is recorded.

Your rights

This section will set out access, correction, portability and objection, how to exercise each, and how long an answer takes.

Deleting

This section will describe deletion from the app, what is removed immediately, what is retained and for how long where the law requires it.

Who to contact

This section will name the controller, the postal address and the route for a complaint to a supervisory authority.
